    • Justin  - The Village

Basel is like a village in the central north of Tel Aviv.

It is very much the second or 'other' designer, yuppie centre, in opposition to Neve Tzedek in the south - only Basel isnt endowed with architectural, historic value.

There is a small ice cream shop in Rehov Ashtori Haparchi called Vaniglia, that sells excellent ice cream.
People come from all directions to have a taste here.

The name is Lulu not Lola

    • Monica  - Lola coffee shop

I love the little coffee shops around that little square actually, there is one i really like on Alkelay Street, its name is Lola and it has great ambiance and good pastries

I agree with the tip about Basel Square. I live on Basel square and it is a good place to hang out and relax, away from loud people and cars.
