The Rokach Museum is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Neve Tzedek.

The Rokach House is one of the first houses built in Neve Tzedek, it belonged to the well known Rokach family. Shimon Rokach was one of the most distinguished inhabitants of the new little neighborhood built out of Jaffa.  Rokach was well known in the Jewish community for his dedication to improving the living conditions and well-being of Israel's new Jewish immegrants.

In the late 80's the house was restored by Lea Majaro Mintz, the granddaughter of the original owner, and it now functions as a gallery for her sculptures, as well as a small museum presenting pictures from Tel Aviv's early days. It's a nice stroll around the gallery, notice the unusual style of architecture used to construct the house.

Address: 36 Simon Rokach St.
