FILM TEL AVIV

Dear Mister,

In the year 2008, for 2009, i am preparing a documentary film about 52’, in high definition video, which is a portrait of Tel aviv city through the culture of this city, for the French and international chanel TRACE TV. The audience and audimat of TRACE TV (satellite and cable) is more than 12 millions of habitation who payed (4 people by habitation) only for the European countries.
We are helping by the French ministry of culture who puts on a financial help.
The film can be ready for the 30 juin 2008 with the exclusivity of diffusion the 1 january 2009 in duplex en france and in israel.
We do a projection of this film in paris and in the same time in tel aviv with the name of the hotel and his logo durint the projection to the press people.
The name of the hotel is mentioned in all support writing and broadcasting.
There is 4 persons on the crew :
- one director
- a cameraman
- a assistant director
- a soundman

We are looking for a participation from your hotel like sponsor for 9 nights with 3 rooms (one can be double) from 29 of march until 6 of april.

The city of Tel aviv is the heart of the film by the view of arts : music, plastics arts, dance, tourism…
In return, the hotel is also mentioned at the beginning of the film and the end of the film and the city of Tel Haviv is present all along the film because I our main matter.

We can give you also a dvd about the film edited (52’) and pictures free of rights of your hotel in Tel aviv for your own communication and the salons of tourism where you are participating. We do some interviews of people on your hotel and we can show one room, one suit, the hall and differents parts tha you would like.

It is possible also that I can get a writing press publication when we do the projection of the film on newspaper and press people.
For the centenarian of Tel aviv, we can organize a special night event the first January 2009, in the same time in paris and Tel Haviv, by the diffusion of this film TEL HAVIV, in these two cities, celebrating like we must do it the beauty and the originality of this surprising city.
We invite the generalist and specialized press and the press office of the chanel TRACE TV which can be helped the israelian tourism office in France and israel, to organize this special night event TEL AVIV.
