Located in the charming Yemenite Vineyard neighborhood, Eden TLV Guest
House offers excellent and simple budget accommodation in
a central yet quiet area of Tel Aviv
With nine extremely cute rooms set around a charming little courtyard (one on the rooftop actually), this is one of the nicest places for young travelers to stay when visiting Tel Aviv. Besides the pretty décor, simple atmosphere and great value, the thing that many of the guests staying at Eden TLV Guest House enjoy most of all is their hosts’ wonderful hospitality. Set in the charming Yemenite Vineyard, the place is minutes away from the Carmel Market, with its vegetables, fruit and cheap clothes, and Shenkin Street, with its array of shops and cafes. Dizengoff Center is also rather close and Neve Tzedek and the beach are only a five minute walk. In fact, it’s pretty convenient to get around to most places by foot or by bicycle from this quiet spot.
A couple of extra perks you couldn’t really expect to get when staying at a place for this price is free wireless access and even adjoined parking (very rare in Tel Aviv).
The owner of the place, Serge Sol, describes Eden Guest House:
"Our small private guest house is
located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe street in the historic Yemenite
quarter, close to the downtown area and just minutes by foot to the
beach. The area offers a rich variety of day and night-time activities
for all tastes and interests. The neighborhood still preserves many
authentic Yemenite eateries with a strong sense of local and
traditional ambiance.
We
have nine private rooms, all equipped with air conditioning (fans also
available upon request), free internet access (wireless) and a double
bed. We have rooms of different sizes and amenities to suit a range of
needs. Hot water is available 24 hours a day, as well as 24 hour
facility access (i.e., no curfew). Linen and towels are provided at no
extra charge. Free parking for cars, as well as storage for bicycles is
available. A lounge area in our interior courtyard garden allows you to
read, rest, or enjoy the beautiful weather at your leisure.
We
are indeed a guesthouse (not a hotel), so don't be surprised by the
residential appearance of our reception and rooms. We cater to those
looking for a clean, friendly place to stay while going out on their
own to explore all that Tel Aviv has to offer. Our
homey and peaceful atmosphere is ideal for travelers interested in
discovering the original “Tel-Aviv experience”. We take pride in the
quality of our facilities and service and will do our best to make your
stay here as pleasant as possible, including answering questions or
giving suggestions to make your travels in Tel Aviv and other parts of
Israel more convenient and fruitful."
So, if you are seeking reasonably priced accommodation in Tel Aviv with a very laid-back atmosphere and charming hosts to top it off, this is an excellent choice.
