Hotel location can't be argued with. Right infront of the beach, very near Allenby street. Rooms were of reasonable standard (good for price as when I went in april 2005 it was very cheap - $50/night). But (at least then) they wouldn't let us have a guest round for a bit (even in daytime) and air con was more like a glorified fan. Again, it might be different now. But I was very happy with location & price was good.
