Starting off first just as a restaurant/hang out for Israelis who came back form India still longing for its atmosphere and tastes, the place has now become a full-fledged Indian guesthouse, Israeli style that is. On the first floor of this four-storey complex you will find the restaurant, which serves a variety of vegetarian Indian specialties and includes both a bar and a pleasant, laid-back yard. The food is very pleasant and the selection varies daily. The second floor features a gallery with a pool table, laundry area and games area (including Play Station 3, apparently). The third floor is where you will be staying if you come for the accommodation part of the place (NIS 70 per bed, from NIS 150 per double room, breakfast included). Finally on the rooftop, you’ll find mattresses, sofas, a bar, and the occasional open air film screening. For a laid-back, budget Far Eastern experience in the heart of the Middle East.
