On the roof, you will find a pleasant swimming pool that offers lovely views of Tel Aviv.

This is a good hotel, but I think the Melody Hotel just down the street is a significantly better choice at a lower price. Of course, if glatt kosher is important to you, then this is a significant factor. Also, the Grand Beach has a pool on its roof, which is a plus. But the Melody is a smaller, more up-to-date hotel, and the price is better.
