If an apartment is more the kind of thing that would suite your preferences and needs, KDA apartments are a good option for the center of Tel Aviv
The standard is high and the location central, just off the Dizengoff Square. The apartments were designed to accommodate all needs – yhey include a rather well equipped kitchenette, cable TV, Jacuzzi or bath and other facilities.  The hotel also offers facilities for basic business needs (Wi-Fi internet and fax) and also has a catering service (though you could also order T.A. from Tel-Aviv's wide variety of restaurants). Don't expect much of the interior design though, the owners could have done better job in that department. The hotel claims to have a five star standard, but four stars would be a more suitable classification. I would like to add that this place for all little faults still has once thing going for it.

I would like to say they need to clean up their streets they smell of piss as he allows animals to stay when I was last their and poo was every where.
