Libra |
|
Located on Ben-Yehuda Street, Libra is a simple and professional restaurant-café that serves tasty and fresh food.
This café was opened by one of Tel Aviv's most well known chefs, whose first restaurant is a popular fusion restaurant called Mika (named after the chef herself). Mika was one of the first chefs to introduce Israelis to new tastes, bringing the Big Apple's culinary perspective to the Israeli crowd.
Her newer establishment, Libra, serves food which is somewhere between the simple café variety (salads and sandwiches), and much more than that - lamb hamburger, seafood risotto, a green salad with figs and goat's cheese and many more delicious yet simple combinations.
The restaurant is quite full most hours of the day, whether for a tasty breakfast, a light lunch or a meal. The atmosphere is very nice, offering well prepared and creative cuisine in a pleasant and undemanding atmosphere. Whether for a cup of coffee or for lunch Libra is a lovely option.
