This small and unassuming place serves good and simple humus for low prices.  In the midst of Florentine, the bustling neighborhood in the south, it's a nice place to sit and get the local vibe while dipping into a bowel of fresh humus.

  I live in Florentene, and I love hanging in Humus Beit Lehem, but it is not open 24h, it does not serve Falafel, and it has a rather small selectin of humus. However, it is one of the best places to have humus in Tel Aviv, it has a very special vibe, and it's one of the least expensive places to eat around here.
