An excellent kosher restaurant from one of Israel's leading chefs, Eyal Shani.
In Azrieli center, there is yet another kosher up scale restaurant. The kitchen is run by one of the most famous chefs in Israel, Eyal Shani. He was one of the first pioneers to show the Israeli crowd exactly what good food really is. After closing the legendary Ocean restaurant he had in Jerusalem, Shani opened a number of different restaurants along the years but has now settled down in Bruno.
The menu offers a wide selection of Mediterranean-Israeli food, which boasts local variations on international (French, Italian and so) cuisine. Ingredients such as tahini, fresh tomatoes, garlic and olive oil dominate the menu, and the humus is raved about. Shani offers a fetching mix of elegance and simplicity, based first of all on fresh local ingredients.
There is a business lunch for NIS90, and a five course tasting menu in the evening for NIS165. With it's good food and professional service, Bruno is perhaps the best option for this category.
Open: Sun-Thu 12:00-17:00, 19:00-23:00 Address: Azrieli Building, the Round Tower 3d floor. Tel: (03) 609-3030
