Noa is a cute little restaurant, you can find it on the Glass Alley very near the center of Old Jaffa.
Noa is a very unique café-restaurant which offers lovely breakfasts and light lunches with a special touch.
Noa is the more laid back sister of the next door restaurant "Cordelia", which is the buttoned-up restaurant of the chef Nir Tzok (who is famous for his television cooking show). Both places have an exceptionally beautiful décor, but the level of the food is very inconsistent, which is rather surprising. Tzok also has a bar just around the corner in which you can spend and evening of drinking while eating very well. The bar is called Yaffa, and all three places are steps away from eachother.
Noa is a real gem, interesting dishes for reasonable prices, and a very nice ambience. Try the excellent Caesar Salad, the Ravioli of Entrecote, or the breakfasts which are also very nice. Another option would be the dish of Humus with Meat, which customers rave about.

Situated in a very authentic castle-like old place. Pretty. But has nothing to do with the food you are going to experience. The menu was so confusing even the waitress, who was very inconsistent and so confused to begin with, could not clearly describe the options in it. So it goes like that:
On the right side of the menu – the dinner options. A few starters and a few main dishes. Hebrew description is so different than the English interpretation.
On the left: An option which they call the ‘Tasting menu’. Actually it is not written anywhere, but what the waitress said is just that. Tasting. So in my experience, with tasting you can have several options from each category (i.e. starters and main dishes) so you can experience several portions in one meal. In reality, it is not like that. You can only choose one from the starters and one main dish… Does it sound familiar? Duh!!!? To add salt to our insult, if you want to take a starter or main dish from the right side of the m...
