This is a Spanish bar-restaurant on Nahalat-Binyamin, offering traditional Spanish dishes and Tapas. There are usually all sorts of set menus which offer a wide variety of the restaurant's best, so make sure to ask the waiters about any special offers. 

Tahel has very nice seafood, but less wonderful meat portions (just like in Spain, if you ask me!).  There is a nice portion of Calamari on the Palancha", and a lovely Gazpacho and Paella.  The atmosphere is very lively, which tops of the experience adding an element of fun and goodtime.  Order  a jug of Sangria or good Rioja with your meal to make the evening really memorable.
