Sakura |
|
|
A moderate and excellent sushi place in Tel Aviv.
Sakura is actually the second restaurant of the chef and owner Boaz Tsairi. The first restaurant is located in Jerusalem, and has been, for years now, one of the best restaurants in the capital. A few years back Tsairi opened the second restaurant in Tel Aviv, and has received very good reviews. The prices are relatively fair, though sushi is never a budget option.
The ingredients are fresh and the setting is very aesthetic. The restaurant itself is rather small and intimate with simple and pleasant décor. It isn't an exciting place in the menu isn't very creative, but it's a good and consistent option for fresh and tasty Sushi. It is definitely a favorite.
Open: Sun-Sat 12:00-1:00 Price: NIS 100-120 Address: 79 King George St. Tel: (03) 621-2900
