Bograshov Street |
|
|
Bograshov St. is where you can find young and chic clothing for moderate prices.
Bograshov St. is a very busy place, at day time it offers shops and cafés, but in the late hours of the night tipsy people come to fill their alcohol saturated bellies with a hotdog, pizza or Borekas. The ambience on the street is on the verge of sleazy, but this is what creates the special style its shops have. Cheap, young, trendy some stores even selling clothes on the borderline between sluttish and stylish.
On the street
There is a very good second hand shop called Aderret, (35 Bograshov St.), and many other places to buy creative and cheap clothing. But it's not all moderate and underground; some of Tel Aviv's best designers started out on Bograshov and still have their shops on the street. Other shops worth mentioning are: Dalitli, B-good and Kamiza, all holding a nice selection.
Besides clothes you can also find other "stuff", such as accessories, art and even wallpaper. Walk down the street to check the latest sales, and to see which up and coming young designer has the most bustling shop.
You could get a bite to eat in The Thai House or at Chilie's Pizza place.
