Barzilay opened in 2004, and since then has become one of the leading places in Tel Aviv, hosting some of the best international DJs without charging a small fortune at the entrance.

Barzilay is a rather small club, which has anything from live performances of alternative Israeli artists, to White Trash or Black Coffee nights, featuring the best Israeli and International DJs; a very eclectic musical selection.

The prices are sane, which is a great advantage for all of us (NIS20-60), and the ambiance is really nice - not too alienating and not too intimate.  On holidays there is almost always a special party, sometimes featuring a special theme. Check their site out to see what's on this week, but get a translator to help you comprehend what you're reading (assuming you don't read Hebrew...).

The Barzilay originally opened on Barzilay Street, but after facing many hardships (all introduced by the municipality), they moved to their new location not far from the original one, on HaRachav Street. Party away...
