Another choice for an English oriented drinking night is "The Pub", where you will find a mixed crowd, a friendly owner and a challenging pool table.
Anyone who’s ever been in a travelers’ pub could guess what to expect at Scott’s. Located on the corner of a small side street just off the boardwalk, “The Pub” has the ambience of a backpackers’ hangout anywhere from South America to the Far East, only without the backpackers...
The regular crowd at “The Pub” is an eclectic mix of foreigners and locals who would seem out of place together anywhere else, but somehow Scott and his Chicago accent make it all work. Scott runs his small pub, with no food and no fuss. Good music and great conversation on the bar, a pool table with some unlikely sharks near the entrance and a cat or two in the corner.
Don’t let the décor fool you, it’s one of the hippest places in Tel Aviv.
