Bugsy is probably the most successful restaurant-bar in Florentine neighborhood. The place does get a little overcrowded at times and there aren't many other choices nearby, so it would be best  to order a place. 
 
During the day, Bugsy offers the coffee-shop experience, with special breakfasts and brunches in a casual and tranquil atmosphere.  As the day turns into night the cafe goes through a metamorphosis turning into a trendy bar, hosting live performances by DJ's every night in an array of styles (R&B, Groove, Lounge etc.). 

The bar is also known to have one of the best burgers in Tel Aviv; you are welcome to try out this popular opinion and see for yourself if it truly is a worthy humburger (but if the popular opinion turns out to be the wrong opinion, we would love to know).
